Paula R. Gladieux has 21 years of experience in the design, implementation, and administration of qualified retirement plans, including defined contribution and defined benefit plans. Prior to joining Lenhart Obenshain, a national accounting and tax firm employed her where she oversaw the administration of over 150 qualified retirement plans. Ms. Gladieux has in-depth knowledge of Form 5500, plan nondiscrimination testing and plan administration, and conducts plan feasibility studies and consults with clients on plan design and implementation.
