At Lenhart Obenshain
Suzanne F. Thomas brings a broad range of experience to Lenhart Obenshain. Having begun a general practice in real estate, wills and estates, and general business law over twenty-five years ago, she now focuses her practice on commercial real estate, handling acquisitions, leasing, finance, and other transactions needed by sophisticated developers of and investors in the real estate market.  Her broad background and long-standing experience in law makes her well-suited to understand and address the many issues arising in real estate transactions, from financing needs to insurance and environmental concerns to zoning, land use and even private easement issues, and land use matters and including issues of eminent domain.
