Kelly B. LaPar concentrates her practice in the area of commercial litigation. Ms. LaPar's practice emphasizes construction law and the representation of public entities, developers, contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in construction related transactions and disputes. In addition to a dynamic construction law practice, Ms. LaPar represents clients in general commercial litigation including in the areas of creditor rights, real estate and employment disputes. She also practices equine law and has been a public speaker on Virginia's Equine Liability Act.

More than Lenhart Obenshain

    Prior to joining Lenhart Obenshain, Kelly worked for a large law firm in Richmond.  Kelly’s interest in equine law developed from her lifelong passion for horses. She has participated in equestrian competitions on the Regional and National level.
