At Lenhart Obenshain

Andrew Baugher focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation in both federal and state courts. He has experience with a variety of matters including intellectual property, breach of contract, business torts, employment disputes, and personal injury claims. Mr. Baugher's prior experience as a law clerk for the Supreme Court of Virginia gives him a unique perspective on appellate practice. He has participated in appellate litigation before both the Supreme Court of Virginia and the Court of Appeals of Virginia, and is adept at researching and writing about complex legal issues. While in law school, Mr. Baugher won several regional and national moot court awards and appellate competitions demonstrating both oral and written advocacy skills. He also acquired a third year practice certificate from the Virginia State Bar and tried several criminal cases for the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney for the city of Virginia Beach during his final year of law school.

Andrew was raised in the Shenandoah Valley and now lives in Bridgewater with his wife and son. He enjoys camping, golf and following the Redskins.
