We currently have two offices in Harrisonburg and Charlottesville, Virginia.

We have extensive experience in advising businesses in a variety of industries in all aspects of business planning, including formations, debt and equity financings, employee relations and benefits, mergers and acquisitions, tax, securities and intellectual property planning, owner disputes, workouts and reorganizations. In coordination with this business planning, we also represent business owners and executives in connection with their tax, and estate planning.
